The inspector does take advantage of their phone’s camera to take pictures of problem areas to give a visual aid for discussions with our clients. (5) We use High Quality Material, such as brands like Tamko, CertainTeed, Versico, Owens Corning and GAF/ELK. Some, less than sterling, roofers will buy different batches of the same shingle from several palaces as end of run roofing shingles to save a buck. Various batches of the same shingle can have a slight difference in color that will show up on the roof like a patchwork quilt against a clear blue sky- not a good look. We buy the entire set of shingles needed from the same place making sure it’s the same batch so our roofs don’t look patchy. As a matter of course, we are prepared to show proof of the manufacturer’s ID on the shingles we bring to the job site so you can have faith that the agreed upon shingles have not been replaced with a cheaper similar product (another scam of devious Roofers).

(6) Dealing with reliable and reputable roofing material sources, along with a high-quality installation allows us to offer exceptional warranties. Warranties will not vary due to installation. We back 100% the corrections of any errors in workmanship.
